We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
No problem. You’re welcome to return or exchange your item within the 30-day window. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, including shipping costs associated with an exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We know waiting is the worst. We’ll do our best to get your WITHIN order packed up and on its way as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During launches, holidays, or especially busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay with your order, we’ll let you know.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination. You’ll always be able to see the shipping charge before completing your purchase.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays can occasionally happen and are outside of our control.
